Bionic is currently looking for an Inside Sales Manager to take responsibility for developing a growing sales pipeline.

About you:

You will be confident driving both outbound and inbound sales activity via the telephone, email and relevant social media utilising your outstanding communication skills to interact professionally with clients. You will work as part of a virtual team with our global consultative sales teams to drive the best outcomes for potential customers.

  • You have worked in a similar inside sales role in a software services environment for at least 3 to 5 years.

  • You have strong commercial acumen and you will be comfortable dealing with senior decision makers.

  • Your ability to create strong credible relationships with digital marketers is essential.


In your role, you will have ownership for:

  • Designing and implementing a pipeline to support revenue growth in a rapidly scaling company.

  • Managing inbound leads, undertaking client discovery engagements and assessing lead quality.

  • Co-ordinating in-market sales teams and sales consultants to appropriately support client purchase journeys.

  • Managing the sales pipelines to ensure effective through-put and highest commercial returns.

  • Supporting clients through their purchase journey being their key contact and inside partner.

  • Negotiating and closing deals that provide the best outcomes for clients and the company.
