Bionic’s application is primarily used by marketing managers in client companies and digital performance agencies. Our clients use our application to grow leads, improve conversions, drive app installs and increase video views.
Bionic is currently looking for Campaign Managers who will work with clients to assist them in achieving performance improvements across their marketing campaigns.
Work with clients to define objectives, develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to meet those objectives across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Facebook Audience Network.
Manage bid, budget and campaign structures in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Campaign Manager and the Bionic application to meet clients’ requirements.
Focus on increasing revenue and delivering performance improvements through optimisation of campaign bid and budget strategies.
Analyse data in real time and optimise campaigns to maximise client revenue.
Consult with clients, providing insights and reporting, to help them improve creative, audience selection, campaign objectives and strategies.
You have 2+ year’s experience creating and optimising paid advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.
Strong experience in direct response advertising in particular key metrics such as CPA, CPI, CPC, ROAS.
Impeccable analytical skills with ability to read and make decisions from data.
Proven track record in troubleshooting campaigns technically and commercially. Strong problem solver/lateral thinker with determination to overcome technical issues.
Excel power user (pivot tables, charts, exports).
Experience creating and optimising campaigns using Google Campaign Manager, Search 360 and Display & Video 360 an advantage.
Experience managing large budgets.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Interest in and willingness to contribute to product development to streamline manual processes.
